Great experience despite being 10 days before Christmas. Store was very well stocked and surprisingly neat given how busy they were. Store staff was circulating and readily available to assist customers. Check out was fast and efficient, again in spite of being very busy. Cashier could not have been more pleasant. And, as always, many sales and bargains galore.

I had been looking for a limited liquid lipstick at Sephora. Jake assisted me trying to find this item. He told me I could order it on my cell phone with no shipping charges and walked me through the process. Another staff member Debbie over heard our conversation and checked to see if the item had come in on their order. Laura, the Manager overheard our conversation and found this item I was looking for. I was ecstatic they found the item I was looking for. What great service I received from Jake, Debbie and Laura. They were kind, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Laura checked me out and went above and beyond signing me up as a new customer. What great customer services!

The new set up is awesome. So much easier to check out. This will be great during holiday season. I remember when the lines were all the way around the store. Customers will be able to check out so much faster

This was my very first visit to Kohl's and I have no idea why I waited so long. It's a traditional department store with everything I would expect (Sephora was a bonus) - except for the really good prices. Markdowns in every Department just before Christmas and the cashier took 20% off my order with a coupon she had at the register.

The customer service is excellent at this store! The prices are very reasonable. The social distancing and sanitization protocols in place make sure customers feel safe while shopping. I absolutely love how they accept Amazon returns, all free! I was given a 25% off coupon to use in the store for returning my Amazon package, awesome! This makes life much easier.

Rude staff who did not apply an active coupon after showing the coupon. The store did not want to address the experience, because I left the store without noticing the error, even though I did address it and cashier said she applied it, lies she applied it only to the cheapest item purchased . I am disgusted as a valued long term customer.
